The small print

Everything a press desk, printer or incoming illustrator needs: who drew what, the four inks, the print spec, and what you may do with the pictures.

Media kit

One zip: RGB hero image, all three cover variants, all four spreads, the series scene, the props flatlay, and both social preview images, plus a credit and usage note. Screen use — convert to spot inks before print.

Text and stories: copyright the author, all 44 stories in the series, all rights reserved worldwide.

Commissioned illustration: full buyout for the book, its editions, translations and promotion, with the illustrator credited on the jacket, on this site and in all press. Illustrators keep full portfolio and self-promotion rights, including print sales of their own roughs.

Press and trade: images in the media kit may be reproduced unaltered for reviews, listings and coverage with the credit line “Never Got Caught (nevergotcaught.co.uk)”. No cropping across the title, no recolouring, no merchandise, and no use as training data for generative models.

A spread still to come

Barry’s idea, filed for a future volume: a final spread of the two old men — the author and his friend — sitting on a bench in Bramblewick, grey-haired, still grinning, still not caught. A wink to the adults who were ten in 1994.
